chicken and cream of mushroom soup

chicken and cream of mushroom soup is a tasty and wonderful soup with chicken breast and mushroom and coconut milk. it works best in the evening and is quite simple to make. you can serve it as it is but you can also add noodles at the end.

  • 300g of chicken breast
  • 300g of mushroom champignon or Pleurotus (you can add your culture mushroom)
  • 400g of coconut milk
  • 200ml of meat broth
  • 1  of onion
  • 2 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 1 pinch red pepper for taste
  • lemon or lime juice
  • chives
  • flour for taste
  • seed oil
  • salt


  1. Clean the portion of the mushrooms that have soil, then clean them with a wet cloth or quickly clean them with water
  2. Chop the mushrooms into pieces and in a pan add drizzle oil then add mushrooms with a pinch of salt and cook them for 10min on high heat then turn off and set the mushrooms aside.
  3. slice the chicken breast in the shape of cubes and mix the chicken with flour 
  4. Cut the onion, in a large pan add dizzle oil and add chicken, cook it until it gets brown for few min then and add soy sauce, a pinch of garlic then pour the hot broth in. after cooking the chicken in the broth for 5 to 10 min. Add the coconut milk
  5. After that add the mushroom we prepared previously and cook it for another 10min in low heat, at the end you can add some chilli, chopped chives and a little lemon juice for taste 

6. Your tasty Creamy chicken soup with mushrooms is done
